What things do you love and hate? Love and hate are things that we create. This has been an amazing thing for me to discover, because it allows me to see more clearly the choices I make in my life. You ultimately choose how you react to everything in your life. For most of my life I went around thinking certain people were bad, wrong, and selfish, however I created all of these feelings for them.
