Inclusive playgrounds. We have one. in Perrysburg, with another soon to be completed at Carter Park in BG.  I've called them, THE WICHMAN. As in Ryan Wichman, one of WTOL's meteorologists.  Ryan's been THE catalyst behind these playgrounds coming to life. But why? Grant. Grant is the reason why. Who is Grant? What will winter be like?
