S4: E8. My guest today is Jennifer Yeo, principle broker and founder of Presidio Real Estate in 2011. She has 11 offices in the state of Utah and one in Idaho. Years ago, she read a Forbes magazine article that said that the top 3 most untrusted professions were 1. Car Salesman, 2. Lawyers and 3. Realtors. What a shock this was to her as she loved helping others dream of homeownership become a reality. She was at a large brokerage that had a few agents go to prison that year for mortgage fraud. She thought, these are my colleagues? It was disturbing to say the least, and she longed for something better. Somewhere that the "Good Guys" of the industry could thrive. So with a glimmer of hope and a lot of determination, she decided there was never a better time to start a brokerage.
