We all want "mountain top" experiences with Jesus, and we should. But we should also know that most of life is lived in the valley where hurt, pain, and struggle is common. Both the mountain and the valley are necessary for life in Christ. On the mountain if we are paying proper attention we gain the “spiritual eyes and muscles” that we need to see like God sees and work and live fully alive in the valley. You may see and experience God's glory on the mountain top but it’s in the valley where He is glorified
