Hello and welcome to a special episode of the North Carolina Food and Beverage podcast. I’m your host Max Trujillo and this week, we took the show on the road!  We ventured to Peachland, NC to visit Jon G’s BBQ. On this journey, I hopped in the SUV with former guest and recurring guest co-host Kyle Sutton of Bestow Baked Goods. This was Kyle’s brainchild of an episode - which was a thoughtfully planned out tailgate party in anticipation of enjoying some of the best brisket in the state - Jon G’s BBQ.  Along for the ride are fellow BBQ enthusiasts Curtis Bradley and Luke Minogue who added great content for the trip.  Matthew Weiss sadly wasn’t able to attend, so we saved some brisket on our journey back home.
