This is part two from Mel Robbins book the 5 second rules. I‘d like to talk about discipline here, which is what the 5 second rule is I reckon, is the commitment to actually do the things you know you should be doing, and do them on a regular basic. It’s to start moving, doing whatever that is for you. Yesterday I did not feel like waiting for my mastermind group video session, but I forced myself out of the flat, wen for a ride on my bike and listen to my book which is this week the Alchemist. Such a great book, I’m doing a review on that one, it’s full of empowering metaphors about life and getting where you want to go in life. After 20 minutes riding my bike I was pumped up and my mind swing from not wanted to do anything to attend the mastermind online seminar.
