I was so looking forward to doing this interview. I've wanted to interview Jeff Daniels a number of times over the years but never had the opportunity until today. To be honest with you I'm glad that it has taken this long. This is the Jeff Daniels I would have wanted to talk to not so much the Dumb and Dumber Jeff Daniels. I don't know if they're the same guy but he has to have evolved over the years right? Dumb and Dumber, The Purple Rose of Cairo, or Terms of Endearment those were some pretty big movis for a guy who pretty much does it his way. He appears to be in a really good space and place of peace and contentment right where's he's at in life. Isn't that the goal? It doesn't hurt that he still lives in Chelsea, Michigan his childhood neighborhood, shovels snow in Michigan winters and still appreciates the change of color during an autumn day.
