To help you learn, you’ll want to delegate an actual task to someone during the series so that you can practice the steps as we cover them. Your activity for today is to spend 5 minutes considering what tasks you have to delegate that: - Would take hours or days to complete and can be done over the course of the next 2 weeks; and - Which isn’t mission critical. Since you’ll be practising delegation techniques, it’s best to choose a task that’s meaningful but where you won’t have the need to take it back from someone if they need more help or time with it.
