Try not to apply any constraints or consider the implications - just think imaginatively. You’ll have the ability to dismiss things later on. Your task for today is to spend 5-10 minutes exploring those questions: - Being as creative and unconstrained as possible, what are your options? The obvious, the less obvious, what comes from your experience, what comes from research and what do your stakeholders propose? - For each option, how are the factors involved and what are the implications? - Can you rule any options out by applying filters or constraints? - What do your stakeholders think of your refined list?
