He also supported the NZ Paralympic Team in Bejing and is their key provider for Sport Psychology.

She has co-authored 'Caddy Talk' which assists extensively in that very important relationship between golfer and caddy. She also currently writes for NZ triathalon and NZ golf and has 12 years experience consulting to athletes from many sports.

Interview number 2 is with Alex McKenzie (PhD) who is currently leading the 'Coach Accelerate' program for the NZ Academy of Sport where a select number of already elite coaches are upskilled and mentored so that they can produce world champion athletes. One of the coach findings in the program was that at the elite level it was a lack of mental toughness that was the key to failure. Alex McKenzie has been a sport psychology lecturer for 10 years and the professional development manager for 6 years with Rugby Super franchises. He continues to provide his insight to support sport at the elite level.

Ken hails from the Southern part of NZ and you may pick up a slight accent. Ken has been one of the founders of academic and applied sport psychology in NZ and remains a major contributor to elite sport in NZ.
