Buck Grottano Podcast will be interviewing and highlighting some of Rockaway's most interesting people. This Episode Buck interviews Louis Harris. Louis runs the East Coast Chapter of the Black Surfing Association. Louis donates his time teaching children of all nationalities water safety classes, Surfing classes and now cooking classes for absolutely free! Rockaway is best known for its Beach and Louis and the rest of the Black Surfing Association makes sure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy a Safe day at the beach.
