I’ve gotten the opportunity to meet with 4 new clients this week & they all shared a similar problem: the process of gaining new customers & properly balancing the new batch of business. In any industry, the way to survive is to continuously gain consumer attention at a linear level. Two things I’ve personally used to work with a limited number of clients: Brand Awareness & Brand Repair. If people don’t recognize your name, logo, or service, they are not aware of your business. If a person is aware of your business however they have definitively chosen to not utilize your service/product, we call that brand repair. Is there anyone in direct competition with you that you have not collaborated with? Is the tension between your brands in need of conversation?
