    The Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe has made an arrest during an exclusive interview with BBC London 94.9. During the interview in #Tottenham, a minicab driver told the Commissioner some passengers had dodged their fare and made off with his mobile phone - so Sir Bernard jumped in the taxi after them. It was his first arrest since being appointed to the role of commissioner in September 2011.

Abdul Al Faisal went missing from his home yesterday morning and when his parents called the police they found out he was in police custody.
