Here’s another great start-up story in the inaugural RIMproReport sessions.This interview is with Michael Marchand of VeriTrust in Houston, TX.There are some incredibly astute observations about the process of starting a RIM Business that Michael shares in this interview.

Chris Harrer is a relative newcomer to the RIM industry – at least he was a couple of years ago when I did this interview.  In this interview he shares his start up story and the lessons he’s learned along the way.  Yes, I know it’s a couple of years old, but the lessons are just as valid today.Chris is an incredibly bright business person.  So, definitely worth the listen either as a start-up or as an industry veteran.Chris runs United Document Storage in Pico Rivera, CA, part of the larger LA metro area.

Steve Richards is one of the true legends in the RIM services industry. The founder and president of Richards and Richards in Nashville, Steve’s story of starting his business and the lessons learned along the way can be a great help to others who seek to follow in his footsteps.This interview took place a couple of years ago, and is a early bonus in the RIMProReport.
