In 2006, the staffing industry generated approximately $87 billion in sales; 2.9 million people per day are employed by staffing companies. Over the next decade, the U.S. staffing industry will be one of the nation's fastest growing industries. The staffing industry offers flexibility to both employees and businesses; people can chose when, where and how they want to work. Companies whose workforces are comprised of 10% or more flexible workers realize better financial growth. 66% of staffing employees say flexible work time is important to them. 90% of client businesses say staffing firms provide the flexibility to stay fully staffed during busy times. 75% of business customers say the quality of employees recruited from staffing firms is the same as or better than the quality of their regular employees. And Nobody Else is Doing it like 10 til 2.
