Her earliest messages reinforce Gospel teachings by Christ on ways to live: Love God and Neighbors, Faith, Prayer and Fasting. These are how a person can ‘return to God’ and enjoy the ‘fullness of life.’ Meanwhile a Pope and a President find renewed clarity of purpose as they live on the pointy edge of the sword, each recovering from assassination attempts. Part 13- Summer Listening from my 1st book entitled, “The Constant Procession”  In Chapter 22 entitled “Unheeded Prayers” Fatima Seer; Sister Lucia, brings forward to the Pope requests made to her by the Virgin Mary during the apparition she experienced in Portugal in 1917. Recalling what the Madonna told Sister Lucia: “If you pay heed to my requests, Russia will be converted and there will be peace.  Chapter 23, A Society Without God reflects on the environment in the sphere of Soviet influence for people living in a world without social liberty and when Bibles were banished.  Chapter 24- Hot Pursuit in a Cold War brings out how the “Great Return” found fierce resistance in France as the communists gained control of the political machine. Part 12- Summer Listening continues with this twelfth installment of my 1st book “The Constant Procession.” The episode continues around the time of WWI. The Fatima seer, Sister Lucia sent a message to the Pope. What followed was a call for people world-wide to consecrate their hearts and minds to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. By the end of WWI, the reality was that many who died in the line of battle were the best and brightest of that generation. It suddenly created a vacuum of natural leaders all across the world.  Fatalism overtook Faith and the Roaring Twenties attitude of “anything goes” became the way of the world. Culminating in WWII. But then, the story of "Our Lady of the Great Return" in Chapter 21 tells of a phenomena that started in France during WWII.  It gave people hope and became an 'endless procession' of sorts, as people marched through the streets all across France behind a very special statue of the Virgin Mary.
