Host Dan Podesto is joined by Central Coast Lending Loan officer Jason VanDyke on this week's episode of Mortgage Matters. Dan and Jason discuss the government shutdown's affect on mortgage rates and mortgage applications, and also the newly released employment figures at a national and local level. Julia Ogden from San Luis Obispo County Habitat for Humanity guest stars on the show, and talks about newly completed and upcoming affordable housing projects in San Luis Obispo County. Dan and Jason wrap up the show by discussing the local real estate market, and opportunities for local business to partner with Central Coast Lending through our Mortgage Partnership Program.
