    Vincent (31) and Rachel (27) Adams began their 6-week challenge together in November. They were coming into the program with different goals and different backgrounds. Vincent had a background as an elite gymnast but had slipped out of the workout routine and was struggling to find motivation to even go to the gym. Rachel was facing a difficult time emotionally and needed to dial in her eating habits. They both discovered a program that actually worked and a new community to plug into. Ashley has been inspired by watching her dad do CrossFit since 2012. His healthy example led her to lose 80 pounds over the past 4 years!     Jeff Carouth, 34 years old, joined our gym a little over two months ago. He was 342 pounds and needed guidance and accountability to make the necessary changes in his life. Like most he fell victim to all of the temptations that exist nutritionally and fell out of working out completely. With the support of his nutrition coach on the 6-week challenge Jeff went on to lose 25 pounds in 6 weeks! Jeff feels amazing.
