Sam Dickinson

Sam Dickinson may have been a late starter to triathlon, but two years after his introduction to the sport, he was the British junior champion and topped the table at the British Triathlon Super Series in 2015. In 2016 he won silver at the ETU European Championships, and represented GB at the ITU World Championships. In 2018 he won silver in the U23 elite race at the ITU World Championships on the Gold Coast.

Josephine as been a triathlete for more than a decade now, regularly representing Great Britain at various Age-Group events and Ironman over that time. She has been undertaking research since last summer, looking at the impacts of technology on the risk of exercise addiction.Some interesting findings too, suggesting that the risk of exercise addiction in ultra-endurance athletes is higher than has previously been reported and that use of health technologies can increase the risk of becoming addicted to exercise - enjoy.
