Billy from Modern Apizza was on with Chaz and AJ this morning, to celebrate being named "2023 Pizzeria of the Year" by Pizza Today. Billy went through the history of the restaurant, focusing on him taking over in the late 80's, and how they have changed some of their recipe in that time. 

An evacuation of the State Capitol building happened Wednesday after reports of a bomb threat. Chaz and AJ spoke with Vinny Candelora, who admitted there probably wasn't too many folks in the building, as it is still technically in lockdown due to Covid. (0:00) Live Nation's Jimmy Koplik shared his thoughts on the new plans for the space in New Haven that was once occupied by the New Haven Coliseum, the potential of OzzFest returning, and his thoughts on Rage Against the Machine splitting up. (9:52) What should we prepare for in 2024? Psychic Nikki was on to share her thoughts on robots robbing banks, earthquakes in China and New Haven, and why Meghan Markle should stay away from horses. Anthony Avallone from Reitman Personnel was in studio with Chaz and AJ to talk about the frustrating hangups he sees when working with people that want a new job. It all starts with appearance, according to Anthony, and the willingness to change one aspect of your approach. 

Dumb Ass News - Comedian Ayesheh Mae brought in a book for her visit with Chaz and AJ this morning. That book turned out to be the whole break. (0:00) What are the most anticipated movies and movie villains of the new year? Chaz and AJ go through the reboot and sequel-heavy list with Ayesheh. (6:09) Dumb Ass News - How does someone steal a driveway? It happened to a woman who called 9-1-1 about it, leading to a full news interview. (22:33) Can Chaz and AJ answer your '90s pop culture trivia? Avenged Sevenfold tickets with a meet and greet were on the line for one caller, all they had to do was not repeat a question from yesterday. (28:22)

Bridgeport Mayor Joe Ganim was on with Chaz and AJ to talk about some serious topics, including the new primary election happening this month. Most of the call was about his New Year's resolutions, some comedy attempts, and his banana bread. 

Chaz and AJ started 2024 by asking the Tribe for some help with their show resolutions. Ralph in Waterbury called to admit that he's a daily listener who has not called the show for 3 years, because of the treatment he got last time he called. (0:00) Sgt. Christine Jeltema from the Connecticut State Police was on to share the New Year's stats from the calls they received, and revealed the song her teenager has recently become obsessed with. Plus, Chaz shared a story about an unfortunate Facetime call, thanks to his sweatpants. (6:15) A lottery winner, Anderson Cooper's giggling fit, Rock Hall performances, and a Tribe member called in to celebrate his son getting out of prison today. WFSB's Scot Haney was on the phone to talk about his performance with AJ at the Toy Drive as the OGees, and his beef with Andrea Bocelli. Chaz and AJ asked Ruth to handle the Top 10 duties this morning, so she went with the Top 10 show moments from 2023. The Tribe called in their favorites (including a few on-air freakouts) and then Ruth recapped the 10 biggest moments of the year. 

Chaz and AJ welcomed comedian Dan Brown in studio, and heard all about Dan's trouble with animals in his house. He became an expert wasp-killer, after they set up shop in his walls and then, Robin shared her story of having flying squirrels infest her home. (0:00) Al Vagnini, the founder and president of Powerstation Events was on to talk about the Toy Drive on Friday. (9:19) Live Nation's Jimmy Koplik was on for his last show of 2023, and immediately took a call from Nate who wanted more information a show Jimmy did not remember talking about publicly, and wrapped up the year with a great story of U2 from 1980. (16:57) World-renowned authority on the Beatles, Kenneth Womack was on with Chaz and AJ to talk about his new book, a look at the band's early success and stardom trajectory, as told from Mal Evans, the "sixth Beatle" who was there to see it as the band's road manager. (21:29)

Chaz and AJ spoke to Joseph "Bearclaw" Burcaw about his debut EP, "Four on the Floor." Corey Glover of Living Colour helped Joseph out with the vocals!

Chaz and AJ shared the details, and then took some calls and stories from the Tribe, and ended the segment with some good news about Hallmark Christmas movies. (5:50) Chaz and AJ wanted to hear from the Tribe members who are dealing with idiot customers during the holiday season. It got a little off track, so they shared some of their favorite examples from dealing with listeners. Movie guy Joe Meyers was on with Chaz and AJ to talk about Ruth's mom's favorite season: Hallmark Christmas Movie Season. 

News 8's Jayne Chacko was in studio with Chaz and AJ for the very first time, and dove right into the pizza issue by defending her home state, New Jersey. The Tribe immediately had some thoughts on her preferences, offered some of their favorites in CT, and then she told us about the time she yelled at Captain America. (0:00) Tom Werman discovered a bunch of big time bands, including KISS, Rush and Lynyrd Skynyrd. The only problem is his boss declined to make offers to all three! So what was the turning point, and who was his first big signing after getting the green light? Plus, Randy from the Zoo was on to talk about the Toy Drive, and his performance with Samantha Cole. (13:09) Dumb Ass News - A man was shot in his testicle by his girlfriend, but it's what happened next that earns his spot in Dumb Ass News. (29:43)

A small recap from Friday's Toy Drive, Chaz and AJ talked to Andre in Derby about the memorable OGees performance. Scot Haney and AJ make up the other parts of the band, and exceeded all expectations with their rendition of "Tragedy." Plus, state comptroller Sean Scanlon was on the phone to talk about his boy band performance of "Bye, Bye, Bye." 

A Connecticut woman was reunited with her dog, after her car was stolen with the dog still inside. Ashlyn Kelly was with Chaz and AJ to talk about the scary moments where she thought she'd never see Aspyn again, to her badass mom chasing the thief down the highway. (0:00) Dumb Ass News - Comedian Brian Blackmore was in studio with Chaz and AJ this morning, and helped put $800 of Barbies stolen in perspective, since he's buying toys for his nieces all the time. (10:07) A festive Monday Stunt or Stupid! AJ attempted to shove as much fruitcake in his mouth as possible (without choking) while saying "Fatty Fruitcake." (15:23) Former Hartford police detective Brian Foley was on with Chaz and AJ to talk about a busy weekend in Connecticut for police. Multiple street takeovers happened in towns like North Haven, Shelton, and Derby, with an estimated 1,500 vehicles participating.
