AJ was on the phone live from the hospital, as he was walking in for his 7th hernia surgery. (0:00) Mighty John the Record Guy shared a personal story about his time working with Stephen King, who lives in an actual haunted house. (8:00)  Connecticut's Attorney General, William Tong was on to talk about the state's decision to join more than 40 other states suing Meta, AKA Facebook and Instagram. Someone needs to protect the kids! (9:50)  In Dumb Ass News, a priest stomped on "satanic" pumpkins and a lawsuit payment was made entirely using loose change. (25:09)  Movie guy Joe Meyers was on the phone to share his Top 5 scariest movie scenes, starting with the infamous chest-burster from "Alien." (32:18)  The Tribe continued to call in the horror movie scenes that messed them up, and author Brad Weissman joined in to talk about the scenes that defined cinematic history in his book, "Horror Unmasked." Tony Spera, son-in-law to the Warrens, was on with Chaz and AJ. It's Freak Week, so Tony shared some of the most sensational evidence of the paranormal, the Enfield Poltergeist investigation. 

Dumb Ass News - A man in Florida was arrested after having a total meltdown in the drive-thru. (0:00) Chaz and AJ spoke with the legendary Elvira, AKA Cassandra Peterson, about her career in Hollywood. That includes a notorious run-in with Frank Sinatra, some Vegas mafia experiences, and her plans for this year's Halloween costume. Milli Vanilli's Fabrice Morvan was on with Chaz and AJ to talk about the documentary coming out this week about the band. Dumb Ass News - A dog is running for mayor of a town in Alaska, and his campaign manager did an interview on the local news to talk up the candidate. (0:00) Stunt or Stupid! Today, AJ had slices of cheese thrown at his face, in hopes they would stick. Comedian Vince Berry did the tossing, and quickly figured out the warmer/wetter slices stuck a lot better. (4:58) A brand new pizza show is coming, based right out of Connecticut. Chaz and AJ spoke with Frank the "Pizza Gavone" about the project, then immediately started arguing with each other about pizza rules and etiquette. (18:21)

Comedian Adam Ferrara was in studio with Chaz and AJ, and WFSB's Scot Haney was on the phone. Scot had an incident this week on the air, choking on his breakfast during a live hit, so Chaz and AJ used that as an opportunity to introduce Adam to the infamous Grape Nuts debacle. 

AJ is back! For now, anyway - he's out of the hospital after missing yesterday with pain from hernias and surgical blockage. Chaz and AJ took the opportunity to walk through AJ's insanely cluttered history of hernias. (0:00) Dumb Ass News - The show was split on the movie Mannequin, and it's Starship theme song. Good, or awful? (6:45) Adam Ferrara talks about meeting his wife, and the hilarious meeting he had with his father-in-law, asking for his permission to propose. (12:43) Dumb Ass News - The Flubble Montage! AJ was out a bunch recently, so this week's montage features an extra serving of Chaz. (23:23) Boss Keith's Top 5 is a list of complaints about flying. Passengers, flight attendants and the lack of food all got lectures from the world's loudest boss. (27:24)

Comedian Anthony Rodia was in studio, talking about his live shows in Stamford and Waterbury. Plus, how he honed his on-stage presence through family events and the new special he's been shopping around.

Comedian Paul Scheer was with Chaz and AJ to talk about the live taping of his podcast, "How Did This Get Made?" Paul has reviewed terrible movies for 13 years, and still has no idea how the Britney Spears movie "Crossroads" actually ends. (0:00) A live update from AJ from the hospital. (7:30) Kerri-Lee Mayland talks about her new true crime series, based on revenge and payback. The episode she was promoting is completely focused on a crime that happened in Connecticut. (20:24) Live Nation's Jimmy Koplik was on with Chaz and AJ to dismantle the latest list from Rolling Stone, ranking the 250 best guitarists of all time. (27:07)

Comedian Jake Strom was in studio with Chaz and AJ and admitted the biggest thing in his life right now is the Jets pulling off a miracle win against the Eagles. Chaz and AJ turned it over to the Tribe, asking them to share the biggest news in their life at the moment. 

Dumb Ass News - A dead man was mistaken for a Halloween prop in North Carolina, and was left outside for days. (0:00) The state of Connecticut has unveiled a brand new slogan! Chaz and AJ felt like it didn't quite capture what the state has to offer, and brainstormed some better options. (3:39) The Tribe called in the dumb things they've seen co-workers do, like drive a forklift right through a wall into the CEO's office. (15:59) Amanda White from Two Roads Brewing was on to talk about their PumpkinFest Weekend. This includes a horror film competition, and one of the films submitted feature a cameo by Chaz and AJ. Chris Gombos the stunt guy was in studio with Chaz and AJ this morning to talk about his career in the movie business. Chris talks about the stunts he's done for Dolph Lundgren, Bill Murray, and Jim Gaffigan, while also sharing the closest he's ever come to death on the set of a movie. 

WFSB's Joe Zone was on with Chaz and AJ to talk about the pre-season ranking for the UConn Men's Basketball team. Is it the right spot, or did they deserve a higher ranking? Plus, Kyle from K&J Tree Service called in to talk about this weekend's Skate for Luca event in Hamden. (0:00) Dumb Ass News - Who would steal a porta-potty? Who would steal MULTIPLE porta-potties, that had not yet been emptied? (13:37) A fourth grade teacher put on the wrong Winnie the Pooh movie, horrifying his students, and refused to turn it off for 30 minutes. The Tribe called in their horrifying movie moments from their childhood. (17:32) A teacher is accused of taping a student's mouth shut, but everyone in the studio seemed to remember a time where teachers were able to do worse, and even had the parents behind them. Joey Belladonna, lead singer of Anthrax, also has an interesting side hustle. Joey was on with Chaz and AJ to talk about "Joey's Jukebox," and some of the music Anthrax fans might be surprised to hear him singing. 

A New Haven apartment building fire has displaced a number of families, more than 35 people in total. Assistant Chief Danny Coughlin was on with Chaz and AJ to talk about the rescue effort, which included pets hiding that had to be found, and the rumor of where the fire originated. (0:00) Pat Oates was in studio for AJ, who is still traveling back to Connecticut from comedy fantasy camp. So, guess who took over for Stunt or Stupid? Approximately 19 wax strips were applied to Pat's hairy body, and ripped off one by one. (6:51) Kate from Damned CT was on to help back up Ruth's story of the creepy doll lady. Trumbull's Bob Withington, legendary dog trainer, made headlines when he found a bag containing nearly $5,000. Bob opted to keep the money, and then found himself charged with a crime by the town. It's Day 2 (or not?) of AJ in Los Angeles for comedy fantasy camp. Chaz, Pat Oates and Phil played another video AJ posted to Facebook and heard all about his broken big toe. (0:00) Dumb Ass News - A man with no arms did something to a tourist in Florida, and the Tribe had a hard time figuring out the answer. (5:54) WFSB's Scot Haney is back from his trip to Paris, and talked about the inappropriate movies he watched on his flights. (11:16) What's the strangest thing a doctor has ever said to you? That was the question to the Tribe, and Tara called in a story that will never be forgotten. (20:06) Lenny DePaul, American Badass, was on to talk about his career chasing down some of America's Most Wanted. Lenny was hired immediately following the attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan, when training for these positions changed drastically. (27:05) AJ was on the phone live from LA with an update from comedy fantasy camp. (43:48)

AJ is in LA for comedy fantasy camp, so Pat Oates was in with Chaz this morning. The Tribe called in the crazy stories that made them wonder, "What are the chances?" Dad reincarnated as an owl, a ski accident that almost killed him twice, and two babies born on the same day in the same hospital meet for the first time more than half a century later. 

AJ has landed in LA! He shared some videos from his hotel room, exhausted from travel. Chaz, Pat Oates and Phil had a lot of fun laughing at the deranged details he chose to focus on in each one. (0:00) A Connecticut dealership had $380,000 worth of cars stolen recently from their lot, and the Tribe seemed to have way too many examples of their cars being stolen as well. (6:53) Dumb Ass News - Why would someone buy a stranger's ashes from Facebook marketplace? It happened, for $5. (17:25) Live Nation's Jimmy Koplik shares his go-to Halloween candy, but more importantly gave insight on the potential for Sound on Sound returning in 2024, and what he said on the air last week to get in hot water with Bruce Springsteen.
