Andy's story began on 9/11, helping the first responders in the bucket brigade as much as he could as they sifted through the rubble of the World Trade Center looking for survivors. Andy and then founded Building Homes for Heroes, to help the first responders who needed it, including Evan Marcy of East Haven, a Purple Heart recipient who will get his home on Saturday.
