Gerald was sitting in the back, Regis was in the passenger seat, and the third person was driving the car. It was in the evening, and they picked up a hitchhiker in Lennoxville. Gerald thought he and the girl were about the same age, so also nineteen. The girl got in the car and sat in the back with Gerald. Gerald began kissing her. From the passenger seat, Regis reached back and began stroking her thighs. I'm guessing it was a lot more than kissing and fondling, but you get the picture.Regis asks the driver to stop the car. He then dragged the girl with him. Some time passed, Gerald got out of the car to see what's going on. He says he was going to help the girl. "Corporal Patrick Hall of the Sûreté du Québec’s drug, alcohol and morality squad headed up the raid on Chez Robert’s. Recall that it was Hall’s phone number that was found in Grimard’s pocket at the dump site on Astbury Road. In testimony at Coroner Jean-Pierre Rivard’s inquiry from September 1978, Hall said he had known Raymond Grimard for five years and that during their frequent meetings, because of the numerous information the double murder victim had accumulated during his criminal career, he would occasionally give news of the goings-on in the underworld: “He said that he was doing well but that what he was doing was okay, that he had wanted to hang up the gloves.”"For more information please visit the website: www.theresaallore.com

I desperately wanted the informant to be Luc Gregoire, the Sherbrooke sexual predator I was convinced had not only murdered my sister, Theresa, but may have been responsible for the murder of Louse Camirand and the death of Manon Dubé, so I emailed Jean-Pierre and asked him to respond with the name. On November 10, 1978 someone attempted to set fire to the Aloha Motel in Rock Forest. You’ll recall Rock Forest as a bedroom community to the west of Sherbrooke (five years later it would become the setting of another motel drama: the massacre of two carpet layers by police at the Motel Chatillion).
