I believe that the culture that is created for teachers will trickle down into the culture that teachers will create for their students in their classrooms. Culture needs to be created by the leaders of the school.  If teachers believe that no communication and feedback from administrators is a great thing then the culture is misaligned. We dive into a thought process evaluating the motives of the decision-makers in education. How does this affect education at the local and school level?
