Her father was a poultry farmer and retailer and, in many ways, that started to shape her views of business from an early age. He is a Board member of Bord Bia’s (The Irish Food Board) Consumer Foods Board. For the past 13 years, he has been CEO of Glanbia Consumer Foods, Ireland's largest food producer.
