Life After Loss, Raising A Teenager + Making Time For Self-Care With Suzie Hunt

I know her story will help women who have experienced loss to those who are raising a teenager on their own and trying to balance self-care, work, and home-life. We also talked about her decision to quit drinking at fifty and how it looks different to her than to someone, like me, who is an addicted drinker. Suz is fifty-one and the hardest worker I know. She pays tribute to her late husband, Jim, by advocating for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and taking part in the Extreme Hike yearly. We talk meal prep, exercise, teenagers, and her determination in getting her self-care plan towards the forefront of her life.
