His distinguished solo career stands next to his work with Oakland’s legendary Hieroglyphics crew, Deltron 3030, Gorillaz and his latest project with Amp Live, ‘Gate 13.’ But in July of 2018, Del fell off a stage while with Gorillaz at Roskilde festival in Denmark, suffering injuries that have made him question his career as a touring performer. Del speaks candidly with Rocket Radio about his recovery, grappling with what his future looks like and lets us try and talk him into becoming a graphic novel hip-hop superhero. Respect.
