Ariel Tidhar was born and raised in Chicago in an American-Israeli family. She grew up being sent to school with a packed lunch of pita & hummus with tiny Israeli pickled eggplant on the side. Born in a lineage of fashion creatives, it was no surprise that Ariel went on to study fashion design after high school. Ariel graduated in May 2016 from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY with a Bachelors of Fine Art in Fashion Design. In recent years, Ariel’s work has expanded to include modern Judaica pieces, home décor, and accessories.

Arielle's work has been shown in the US and abroad,  and has been published in Barbed Magazine, HCE Review, Triangle House Review and At the Well. Jessica Tamar Deutsch is a New York based artist. Her work explores the intersection of ancient tradition and contemporary culture. She earned a BFA in illustration from Parsons School of Design. Her first published book, The Illustrated Pirkei Avot, is available in print.
