    You have two choices when you're starting to negotiate with another agent.You can either create a great relationship and make sure it's a great negotiation, or fight through every step of the way. If you stay in the business, you're going to work with these agents again, so create a relationship of respect from the start. It's in your best interest and that of your clients to go for a mutual win and get your client to the closing table with little to no issues.
