For those who don't know "is a team-based multiplayer first-person shooter developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment. Described as a "hero shooter", Overwatch assigns players into two teams of six, with each player selecting from a roster of over 30 characters, known as "heroes", each with a unique style of play that is divided into three general roles that fit their purpose. Players on a team work together to secure and defend control points on a map or escort a payload across the map in a limited amount of time. Players gain cosmetic rewards that do not affect gameplay, such as character skins and victory poses, as they play the game." For the Nomads is a fundraiser that was started by touring crew member Frank Fanelli as a direct reaction to the devastating effect COVID-19 has had on those who rely on live entertainment for a living. It was born as a necessary reaction to these circumstances out of everyone's control to mitigate the toll it has taken on the touring industry. As a 14 year touring musician, tour manager, merchandise seller, and lighting director, Frank felt compelled to find a way to help the community that was reeling under the stress of being almost entirely out of work. He asked his friend and fellow touring crew member, Tatiana Danielle, to help him organize what started as a modest GoFundMe campaign. After appearing briefly on American Idol and landing a spot on NOW 66 with his single “Lucia Rose”. Pennsylvania singer/songwriter Walkney is releasing his long awaited breakout debut. Produced by Michael O’Malley (Pittsburgh, PA), the EP features Walkney’s most soulful songs to date. With dancy anthems like "Unhappy", Walkney implements classic elements like brass and strings taking a sure footed but small step into the world of pop. Welcome to the third episode of the second season of "Talkin' with Andrew and Chris". We are very happy to introduce you to today's guest Nirvana Goberdhan, of the band "Vana Liya"! Nirvana a.k.a Vana Liya grew up outside of New York City. Being of Caribbean descent, Vana was surrounded by soca, calypso, dancehall and reggae music. Vana’s mom gave her a ukulele for Christmas and a few years later she began covering songs by some of her favorite artists. The combination of the ukulele and her soft voice put a unique twist on some reggae-rock staples. Artists like 311, Rebelution, Stick Figure and SOJA shared Vana’s covers across social media platforms, which was the beginning of Vana finding her audience. After gaining traction, in early 2018 Vana Liya signed with Pepper's LAW Records becoming their first female and first solo artist. Subsequently she released her debut single "Show Me".
