Mrs Marcelle is the director of Midwifery at the Family Health and Birth Center (FHBC; Community of Hope). FHBC is the only federally funded free-standing birth center in Washington DC. In addition, Ebony is a member of the Black Maternal Caucus. She has dedicated her career to improving black maternal health.
