I Thoroughly enjoyed my  conversation with Yanik. The topics we covered served as another reminder for me to reflect on my day to day problems and make the changes I want now. Being addicted to any compulsive behaviour can happen to anyone, so please do not let the belief that addicts are "worthless" get a hold of you. Instead, be thankful that your life is free of the suffering called addiction and take rational choices toward improving your life in every area. I really enjoyed today's conversation with Sundar. We talked about topics that varied from comic books to business, to journaling and visualisation. etc. Here are the main habits and tools from Sundar that I am planning to implement: 1.Revisiting my journaling notes once in the morning and once before Bed.  *Disclaimer: When I revisit my notes in the morning, I won't give much thought to it, because we shouldn't tire ourselves in the morning* 2.Visualising how my day would go/How I solve a particular problem successfully while still in bed in the morning. PS: If you don't know how to visualise, just close your eyes and imagine something calm or exciting for 1-2 mins. You can visualise either in first or in third person. Sundar is not a fan of big unplanned goals, but he also recommends to not dwell on details when setting short-term goals. Progress, not perfection. PS: You can even do daily goals, but
