We are all part of something MUCH bigger than ourselves. God loves us, He knows us, is aware of ALL of our mistakes, our struggles, and anything that is going on deep in our souls. I've noticed to get to the next level in my life I must be able to open up to people. This is how I am getting my messages out there and learning what I need to learn. I'm still working through some emotions, limiting beliefs, and feelings to get where I need to be. Cayler and I have interacted at church activities here and there over the years. Recently we started talking about business, life, and flow and it just went SO WELL and I KNEW I had to get him on the podcast, so here he is. I did some SERIOUS work on my upcoming book, "Patience in These Pages" (coming out on August 30) today and I had a FLOOD of insight come to me from that. I also made the decision today to work on writing books from 11 AM to Noon each weekday (Monday through Friday) to help me keep up my momentum! There is no doubt that I am leveling up in my life right now. I need to keep making decisions that will bless my Future Self on an INSANE level. Doing that will help me get to where I need to go (and where God has been preparing me for) MUCH FASTER. I have been better about editing past podcast interviews, writing more, and letting go of things outside of my control. I need to keep doing these things, and also add in other things to build me up further, so I am able to more help out others. Getting the audiobook for my first book is one of my next BIG steps for my growth, and having more mental clarity will help me get there. For that reason I am committing to 75-Hard. It is a mental fitness challenge that I believe is REALLY going to help me grow more.75-Hard includes daily:1. Drinking a gallon of water2. Doing Two 45-Minute Workouts (one has to be outside)3.
