I missed my flight to Vegas a month ago (May 4) and in reading from Dale Carnegie's book "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living" I stumbled upon a very useful framework when it comes to worst case scenarios.I had thought that thinking of the worst case scenario would invite that outcome more into my life but the opposite is actually true.When you bring that to your mind early it helps you get familiar from it, and then from there you have a clear understanding of what you do NOT want.Here's the framework as talked in the book:1. Ask yourself, "What is the worst that could possibly happen?"2. Prepare to accept it if you have to3.
