A lot of chiropractors take the time to identify their weaknesses and come up with strategies to improve. I think that’s a mistake. I don’t believe that people go from horrible to great. I believe people go from good to great. It makes more sense for chiropractors to identify their strengths and then come up with strategies to leverage those strengths to improve their practice.  Chiropractors don’t have to be great at everything.
