It's gonna be incredibly valuable for you to do that. Because if in fact there has been even a very small change, a very small change in interest rate, it could affect your ability to purchase. In addition to that, before you change anything, before you pay anything off or pay anything down, please make sure that you talk to your lender and get their approval, especially if you're in the home buying process and kind of getting close to finding that right.
