#CWH What is a buyer's advantage in a home seller's market? That would have to do with some of the "offered" options that a home buyer may get when asking a home seller via their agents. In some cases, upfront negotiation, when working with a true real estate professional, can equate to a home buyer getting closing costs paid or maybe some of the seller's personal items included in the sale at no additional cost.
