It's the end of the first season and in this episode I am looking back at what I have learnt from my amazing guests. Bringing this season to a close has supported me to look at what is sacrosanct in my life and the importance to bringing structure to the podcast so that Season 2 is truly special. We have covered topics such as astrology, human design, using your power, moving away from co-dependecy, yoga, PMDD and ADHD to name just a few. I am truly thankful to all of my guests who come to talk to me and share their wisdom with us.I am also excited with what is coming next.
