Robert Budd Sho

Hey there!! Today we have on the Sho Zac Armstrong.  Zac came to San Diego from Texas for a change and found himself 30 years old and hadn't changed a bit: working in the restaurant business, drinking, smoking, eating at all hours of the day..... he needed a change. Well, him changing is an understatement. Zac is a self-described Teacher of Teachers, Coach, Studio Manager, and Teacher of Anatomy for Yoga Teacher Training in the United States and abroad. I know Zac to be an influencer in our industry, along with being a student of his sport. He is consistently looking at furthering his knowledge. In short: ZAC ROCKS!!! Enjoy the Sho!
