Robert Budd Sho

Ben is a very special friend of mine. He is a Marriage and Family Counselor- violence specialist.  He is what I would call a "good soul".  Whenever I am around Ben I feel so much peace and ease that it is such a great experience. Ben is lives North of San Diego in a small coastal town of Cardiff. That is where he can be found and that is where we run into each other wondering around with the love of his life Debra. Ben and I first met while I was coaching and he as a member of Seal Fit Crossfit in Encinitas. Ben continues to rock those workouts on a daily basis! He is such an inspiration to many people around him including myself. We get into what had him become a Therapist and what has made him an exceptional human being and therapist. One thing being not perfect, being a trouble soul and needing counseling himself. Those how do teach, right?
