The Blues came out very sluggish in the first period and had to rely on Jake Allen to keep the Canucks off the scoreboard early in this game.  Patrik Berglund added two goals while Vladimir Tarasenko and Dimitrij Jaskin rounded out the scoring. The Blues are fighting for a playoff spot and received some help from the Bruins and Jets. The Bruins came from behind to beat the Stars 3-2 and the Jets won an overtime thriller against the Ducks 3-2.
