Welcome to Empowered Up with Jessie Ptak!


This show is all about showing up to life completely, fully, without apologies. It's about honoring our worth, recognizing that same worth in other women, and lifting them up by example. It's about storytelling, being raw, and connecting with what makes us imperfect and human.

I'm Jessie Ptak -- story coach at Soul Level StoryCrafting. I help women to explore their stories of breakdown to breakthrough, uncover the soul-level messages that underly those experiences, and get those words onto the page -- so that they can empower others and create a massive impact of human connection.

Several years ago, I learned how to heal myself emotionally and spiritually with simple writing exercises. On that journey to self-empowerment, I began sharing my story of breakdown to breakthrough on the page, in front of audiences, and on social media.

What I've found? Our experiences may be different when placed side-by-side, but the universal messages and emotions that underly those circumstances are what intimately connect us to each other.
