Gio Gonzalez made one mistake and gave up one run on two hits in what ended up a 5-1 win over the San Francisco Giants for the Washington Nationals and their lefty. The Nationals got home runs from Trea Turner (No. 2) and Wilson Ramos (career-high No.17) and cruised to a win in the series opener in D.C. Tomorrow afternoon it's going to be Stephen Strasburg taking on Matt Cain in the second of three in the nation's capital. Nats now 65-44.
