Jeff Mizanskey was sentenced by the old "Three Strikes You're Out" law for possession and intent to distribute marijuana. His offenses were not violent but he was forced to serve nearly 22 years in prison. Jeff joins us to tell his story and why he's at the Missouri Capitol building advancing reforms of mandatory minimums and expungement of records.Also joining us is Representative Ron Hicks of St Charles County.
