Dale Ludwig is the Executive Director of the Missouri Hemp Association.Last year Missouri passed legislation to begin the process of allowing the planting and harvesting of industrial hemp in the state of Missouri. Jeff Mizanskey was sentenced by the old "Three Strikes You're Out" law for possession and intent to distribute marijuana. His offenses were not violent but he was forced to serve nearly 22 years in prison.
