Reports show women earn substantially less income than their male peers with similar/same education, experience and performance. In addition, women are giving similar accounts of different treatments by supervisors, colleagues and clients as opposed to their male counterparts. In this episode, we discuss 'sexism in the workplace' with board certified Family Medicine Physician-Hospitalist, Dr. Nina Lum.
