This week #InGoodTaste took a road trip to Gloucestershire to visit Todenham Manor Farm. Set in 650 acres of beautiful Cotwolds countryside, the farm rears rare-breed pigs and cattle which are butchered onsite. Their high quality meat has won a plethora of Great Taste Awards over the last few years and can be bought in meat boxes online or from local shops. We spoke to Irayne Paikin who bought the farm 8.5 years ago and learn about its surprising transformation.
