In today's episode I am joined by Sandy Letkeman. Sandy has been a trainer for 6 years, and has working exclusively online since last September. Her niche is Information Technology (IT) professionals who travel frequently for business and are tired of the inevitable weight gain when they are on the road. (She worked in IT and traveled frequently before switching to a full-time career as a trainer and health coach) She lives in Cochrane, Alberta, less than an hour away from beautiful Banff National Park where she enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, and skiing every chance she gets.
