Hey, I listened to the Cult Podcast's coverage of the events of the past week and felt compelled to get on my soapbox, with my limited understanding of politics and statistics, and put my 2 cents forward. I apologize to any claims I may have made because I don't have the information to properly back it up. We live in a unique time where the abundance of news sources, coupled with an abundance of different investor's interests, make it so one event can seem like the Hindenburg disaster, whereas in a different paper, someone will make it out to be "some of the more panderings of the lamestream media" and many very good, honest, and virtuous people unfortunately place a lot of trust in news sources I'm almost certain are pandering lies, but I can't probably cite or vouch for, because I'm just too lazy and put a lot of my energy into music, and feel it would be too much work to be able to find exactly how and why a source is incorrect.
