M.T. brought a story to Spiritual Studd that amazed them both. The story was about the practice of bacha posh(may have been mispronounced) in Afganistan. It opened both of their eyes and hearts to the plight of women who must resort to what the hosts wondered is a type of forced transgenderism (if that is a word). The culture looks at it as a way to deal with their segregated society. They also discuss the recent discussions of the Catholic Church becoming more, shall we say, "welcoming?" Of course, those of you who have listened in the past know that this led to all kinds of church talk. Last but not least, Spiritual Studd talks about the documentary that she watched.
